| This service begins with an extensive tour of your home. During the visit, which should take approximately 2 hours depending on the size of the property, we will walk through each room as well as the front and back yards always looking through the critical lens of a "Potential Homebuyer". We will take pictures of your property and discuss your concerns, likes, dislikes and needs. Our feedback during this visit will be an honest first impression and allover critique of each room and yard. The purpose of this feedback will be to set the stage for the work that will need to be completed in order to depersonalize, de-clutter, organize and clean your home and yards. Once the tour is complete a detailed customized written report will be provided within 48 hours for the homeowner to execute. This report will contain low cost recommendations that will provide high impact while focusing on the strengths and weaknesses of the property both inside and the outside curb appeal. The homeowner can execute the recommendations in the report or choose to have Stage Influence carry out the work as a separate project where a quotation can be prepared based on the work to be done. Should the Homeowner decide to execute the work themselves, a follow-up visit will take place when it is complete.
The cost for this service is: $250 + GST
